Required Documents
- 2025_2026 Signature Report – Now included in the RYEN Application
- Photo ID (issued no later than 2024)
- Report card (that shows Name, School and GPA)
- Progress Reports and Screenshots not accepted
- Social Security Card
- Work permit (all applicants must be at least 14 years of age by date of application submission)

How to Submit Your Documents
Create an account in the MyOneFlow app using a compatible internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or your smartphone). Once you have an account, the steps you’ll need to submit your documents will be provided in the online application. Documents are submitted directly into your MyOneFlow account.

*Documents received after the application closing date will result in the application being placed on hold. Applicants will be given consideration for positions based on availability. If you were contacted by a ROC Youth Employment Network Team member to re-upload your documents, your application will continue to move forward in the process.
