2026 Summer Programming

  • Deadline for Application Submissions: Applications will be accepted February 9, 2026 through April 17, 2026.  Once positions are filled applicants will be placed on the WAITLIST and contacted pending any openings.
  • In-Person Document Support Days–Dates, Times, and Locations:  
    • February 17, 2026 ~ 10 am – 2 pm ~  100 College Ave., Suite 120  DONE
    • February 19, 2026 ~ 2 pm – 6 pm  ~  57 St. Paul Street, Rochester, NY 14604 DONE
    • March 31, 2026 ~ 10 am – 2 pm  ~  100 College Ave., Suite 120
    • April 2, 2026 ~ 2 pm – 6 pm  ~  57 St. Paul Street, Rochester, NY 14604
    • April 14, 2026 ~ 10 am – 2 pm  ~ 100 College Ave., Suite 120

IMPORTANT: Please bring all of your documents and an electronic device (like a smart phone, tablet, or laptop) to the In-Person Document Support Days so that we can upload them for your application submission! 

  • Deadline for Youth to Submit Documentation: Friday, April 17, 2026
  • Application Status Mailings: The week of April 27, 2026
  • First Day of Work: Monday, July 13, 2026
  • Last Day of Work: Friday, August 21, 2026

2026-2027 After School Programming

  • Deadline for Application Submissions: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis during the academic calendar year which runs September through June.  More detailed information for this year’s program will be provided ahead of the school year in August.
